Your child needs to wear suitable clothing that allows them to take part in a variety of physical activities throughout the day. We advise your child wears a form of sports clothing and please try to avoid jeans.

Yes, all children who attend our holiday camps are entitled to free breakfast.

Yes, all children will need to bring their own drinks bottle & lunch, we will have the facilities to refill drinks bottles at all venues.

If you are attending our holiday camps through the government funded HAF scheme your child will be provided with lunch each day. If your child is not on the HAF programme then you will be required to provide your child with their own lunch and snacks for the day ahead.

 The basketball camp will run: 9:00am – 4:00pm.

We do have other pick-up & drop-off times available for this venue. Please select your desired attendance times from the drop down list.

When you arrive at St John’s C of E Academy please head straight to the main school reception area where our holiday camp managers will greet you & your child. 

Yes, this holiday camp runs all year round. 

Yes, all SDH Academy staff are DBS checked & Paediatric First Aid trained. 

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel your booking and offer a refund on your booked session, this is so we have enough time to offer your slot to another child. If you cancel your booking within the required timeframe we will be able to offer a refund.
