How do I contact SDH Academy?

What clothing should my child wear?

Your child needs to wear suitable clothing that allows them to take part in the sports club. 

Does my child need to bring their own snack for the afternoon session?

Yes, all children will need to bring their own drinks bottle & snacks for the afternoon sessions, we will have the facilities to refill drinks bottles. 

Where do I collect my child from?

Please collect your child from the main school reception area. 

Will clubs run all year round at Studley Infant?

Yes, clubs at Studley Infants’ School will run all year round during the academic year. 

Are all staff DBS checked & first aid trained?

Yes, all SDH Academy staff are DBS checked & Paediatric First Aid trained. 

Can I book sessions in advance or on demand?

Our booking system for this particular club is set up  for block bookings due to the type of club. 

Cancellations & Refunds

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel your booking and offer a refund on your booked session, this is so we have enough time to offer your slot to another child. If you cancel your booking within the required timeframe we will be able to offer a refund. 

*Please note: refunds can only be issued if you book & pay directly through the SDH Academy website*

Prices: 

After school: £4.00 per club

Payments:
If you wish to pay via bank card please follow the booking procedure as normal. If you wish to pay via childcare vouchers then please click here to understand the process & coupon code to use at checkout.

Child collection:
All children must be collected from club.
