How do I contact SDH Academy?

What clothing should my child wear?

Your child needs to wear suitable clothing that allows them to take part in the Mad Hatters after school club. Your child can remain in their school uniform for this club.

Does my child get breakfast?

Yes, all children who book on to breakfast club will get breakfast included.

Does my child need to bring their own snack for the afternoon session?

Yes, all children will need to bring their own drinks bottle & snacks for the afternoon sessions, we will have the facilities to refill drinks bottles. 

What times are available at Wolvey club?

Breakfast
7:45am – 8:45am

After School
3:15pm – 5:30pm

Where do I drop/collect my child from?

When you arrive at Wolvey C of E Primary please head straight to the main school reception area where our club manager will greet you & your child. 

Will clubs run all year round at Wolvey?

Yes, clubs at Wolvey will run all year round during the academic year. 

Are all staff DBS checked & first aid trained?

Yes, all SDH Academy staff are DBS checked & Paediatric First Aid trained. 

Can I book sessions in advance or on demand?

Yes, our bespoke booking system allows you to book the clubs required in advance or last minute. However, please be aware that club places are offered on a first come, first serve basis meaning if the club is full we may not be able to accomodate your child, so we always advise booking in advance where possible. 

Cancellations & Refunds

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel your booking and offer a refund on your booked session, this is so we have enough time to offer your slot to another child. If you cancel your booking within the required timeframe we will be able to offer a refund. 

*Please note: refunds can only be issued if you book & pay directly through the SDH Academy website*

Breakfast: 8:15am – 8:45am (Monday – Friday) – FREE
After School: 3:15pm – 6pm (Monday – Friday) 

*From Monday 28th April 2025 the government will be providing FREE breakfast clubs for children. All children are entitled to 30minutes FREE breakfast. 

Prices: 
Breakfast £2.50 per club
After school (3:15pm – 4:30pm) £5.00 per club
After school (3:15pm – 6pm) £10.00 per club

Sibling discount is available when booking an additional child from the same household (for the additional child only: breakfast is £2.00 per club, after school until 4:30pm is £4.50 per club, after school until 6pm is £9.00 per club). If you have more than 2 children to book please contact us.

Payments:
